MILEY CYRUS - THE CLIMB

I Can Almost See It
That Dream I'm Dreaming But
There's A Voice Inside My Head Sayin'
You'll Never Reah It
Every Step I'm Taking
Every Move I Make Feels
Lost With No Direction
My Faith Is Shaking But I
I Gotta Keep Trying
Gotta Keep My Head Helf High

There's Always Gonna Be Another Mountain
I'm Always Gonna Wanna Make It Move
Always Gonna Be An Up-Hill Battle
Sometimes I'm Gonna Have To Lose
Ain't About How Fast I Get There
Ain't About What's Waiting On The Other Side
It's The Climb

The Struggles I'm Facing, The Chances I'm Taking
Sometimes Might Knock Me Down But
No I'm Not Breaking
I May Not Know It
But These Are The Moments That
I'm Gonna Remember Most Yeah
Just Gotta Keep Going
And I, I Gotta Be Strong
Just Keep Pushing On
Cause...

There's Always Gonna Be Another Mountain
I'm Always Gonna Wanna Make It Move
Always Gonna Be An Up-Hill Battle
Sometimes I'm Gonna Have To Lose
Ain't About How Fast I Get There
Ain't About What's Waiting On The Other Side
It's The Climb

There's Always Gonna Be Another Mountain
I'm Always Gonna Wanna Make It Move
Always Gonna Be An Up-Hill Battle
Sometimes I'm Gonna Have To Lose
Ain't About How Fast I Get There
Ain't About What's Waiting On The Other Side
It's The Climb

Keep On Moving
Keep Climbing
Keep The Faith Baby
It's All About
It's All About
The Climb
Keep The Faith
Keep Your Faith

This Was The First Single To Be Taken From The Soundtrack Of The 2009 Miley Cyrus Film Hannah Montana: The Movie.

This Debuted On The Hot Country Songs Chart Dated March 14, 2009 At #48. The Same Week Miley's Father Billy Ray Cyrus Also Had A New Entry On The Same Listing With "Back To Tennessee." They Thus Became The First Father And Daughter To Have New Songs Debuting On This Chart In The Same Week Since March 3, 1990, When Johnny Cash With Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson And Kris Kristofferson Had A New Entry With "Silver Stallion," And His Daughter Rosanne Cash Simultaneously Debuted As A Guest Artist On The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's "One Step Over The Line."

This Was Miley's First Song To Enter The Adult Contemporary Chart, Though She Isn't The First Member Of The Cyrus Family To Do So. The Previous Time A Cyrus Achieved A Placing On This Tally Was When Her Father Billy Ray Had A #45 Hit With "Could've Been Me" In 1992. The Song Spent Its Last Week On The Chart Dated Dec. 5, 1992, When Miley Was 12 Days Old.

This Meant She Was The Youngest Artist To Top That Survey Since Leann Rimes Reached The Summit With "How Do I Live" In September 1997 Just Two Weeks After Her 15th Birthday. It Was Miley's First #1 Single On Any Of Billboard's Airplay Charts.

After Originally Being Short Listed For The Best Film Song Grammy It Was Later Removed. This Was Because The Song, Despite Appearing In The Hannah Montana Film, Wasn't Specifically Written For The Movie, So It Wasn't Eligible For The Prize. Why It Was Short Listed Before Anyone Noticed Is Anyone's Guess.

This Was Covered By The 2009 X-Factor Champ Joe Mcelderry For The Winners Song. His Version Was Expected To Be The Uk 2009 Christmas #1, But It Was Pipped At The Post By A Re-Release Of Rage At The Machine's "Killing In The Name" After A Facebook Campaign.
